The NVCL recognizes Hon. Bala as a beacon of hope for youth and women empowerment, particularly during these trying times. His program, held at the Afficent Hall in Kano, provided beneficiaries with essential resources, including cash grants, sewing machines, and motorbikes, to alleviate their suffering more especially within the Kano State.
